There are three views. All-time orders every fighter by the estimate of ability; Active P4P keeps only those who have fought in the past 2 years; by division puts each weight class champion at the top of that class.
Virtual match computes a win probability for any two fighters. It uses only their two ratings and how certain those are; size, age, stylistic matchup and condition are not considered. It does not predict a real bout - it is a tool for comparing two numbers.
The data comes only from what Wikipedia and Wikidata publish, and it is recomputed every Wednesday.
